L.a.Eyeworks

3,500 square-foot interior renovation of an existing 1950’s concrete block and wood bowstring truss warehouse space. The program accommodates employee offices, assembly area, and marketing work spaces for a progressive eye ware design and manufacturing company. To accommodate these varied functions under one roof, while still enjoying an open office landscape, a series of partitions that range in height and material divide work areas. Cutouts, exposed structure (both new and old), and rich color all add to this deeply layered creative and functional work environment.
